Personal Training is a One on One program that offers the highest level of personal attention and accountability with personalized fitness and nutrition education & guidance.
This is a 8-12 week strength program that builds muscle, improves skeletal health and boosts metabolism. Each person has a customized program specific to that person's body and his/her goals.
Learn boxing and kickboxing in a group class setting by a certified boxing instructor. You will learn basic movements, punches and kicks on the heavy bags and mitts. Classes are 45 minutes in length
StrongFirst® is a worldwide sisterhood and brotherhood of strength. We believe strength has a greater purpose. Learning to use the Kettlebell and challenging yourself with your own bodyweight will build strength and optimize training at any level.
Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned gym-veteran, the barbell should be your best friend. Once equipped with the right knowledge, the barbell can form the basis of any resistance-based workout, as you will learn in this class led by Lugene Prior.

Fitness Fusion offers a full body functional workout that builds strength and endurance. It offers a more challenging and varied workout, with the use of sleds, battle ropes, tires, sandbags, and much more!
