BeSTRONG's Stacie Klausmeyer is the only certified StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor in Kansas. StrongFirst is a worldwide sisterhood and brotherhood of strength whose deepest belief is that strength has a greater purpose. The standards and requirements across the StrongFirst curriculum embody the idea that “when we say strength we mean StrongFirst.” In other words, to reach high levels of power, endurance, sport skill, and fat loss you must become strong first--period.
Stacie will coach you on 6 Hardstyle fundamental skills using the kettlebell:
Learning to use the kettlebell will help you build strength and optimize your training at any level.
Stacie Klausmeyer is also the only StrongFirst® Bodyweight coach in Kansas. She will coach you how to get a powerlifting-quality strength workout, anytime, anywhere, and using only your bodyweight as resistance. She is certified to coach specific bodyweight movements using the same StrongFirst principles that underline the kettlebell and barbell.
Stacie will be using drills and coaching you the skills of these bodyweight movements:
• Pushup variations leading up to the one arm pushup
• Squat variations leading up to the pistol squat
• Pull ups
• Core specific movements
Learn how to use your own body the right way to get strong.
Whether you want to build muscle, burn fat, or just learn proper technique, the StrongFirst® Barbell Class, led by Lugene Prior will help with any or all of those. Using the StrongFirst® principles, Lugene will teach you how to progress in each of the “major lifts”. We will focus on the quality of your lifts and will learn proper form for each lift.
